We have so much to celebrate
Christmas is just around the corner and therefore, it is appropriate to say thank you for the year that has passed and thank you for the cooperation in 2019.
The year has offered many exciting interim assignments and we have had strong and changing leaders in virtually all corners of Danish business. Again, this year we have also solved assignments outside Denmark through our active partnership in Senior Management Worldwide.
New trends
Through our partnership in the international Senior Management Worldwide, we gain insights into the trends that are moving within Interim Management and our workforce as a whole. This year we have again attended conferences around the world with our international colleagues, where it is clear that the demand for interim managers is growing rapidly. The workforce, as we know it, is changing significantly and the way companies associate with experienced operational managers is increasingly flexible and comes in an ever-increasing number of versions. At Nextt Management we follow you from the first row and we have secured a place for you. In 2019 we launched our newsletter, where we share knowledge about changes and trends in our labor market and interim management. Nextt Management is growing
Taking a look internally, a lot has also happened over the past year. A generational change has been initiated, where after 4 successful years Christian Hvashøj Schaarup has taken over 50% of Nextt Management A / S. Christian has stated in this connection “I look forward to being deeply involved in the development and retention of the leading position we have in the market today. Experienced and talented executives will continue to be crucial to the success of companies, and we want to be the preferred provider of flexible management resources in Denmark.”
During January, we expect to announce that Nextt Management A/S is growing. We are strengthening our presence in the Danish business community and hence we are growing the number of experienced and talented partners to further develop our close dialogue and work with old and new clients and candidates. We will of course return with more details when we publish this growth in our company
THANK YOU
Here towards the end of the year we have allowed ourselves to look back at the assignments we have been engaged with and the feedback we have received from our customers. It is clear that our interim managers have delivered some strong and successful managerial anc change management results, thereby creating value for our clients. There should be a big THANK YOU to our interim managers, whom we trust and at the same time a huge THANK YOU to customers who have trusted us to help us in critical situations.
