Torben Hvashøj

CEO & Partner

Torben has since 2001 been self-employed, starting in consulting and thereafter within Interim Management and Executive Recruitment. Besides being responsible for the management of Nextt Managements interim managers and business partners, and the recruitment of new board of directors, Torben is also the primary contact in regards to Interim Management assignments, both in Denmark and internationally. Torben has additional competencies within the field of leadership management, strategy and board work and has worked as an interim CEO himself. Torben has a cand.merc, and has previously been employed at IBM, Telenor (previously Sonofon), Jyllands-Posten and Partner at Pluss Leadership.

Christian Hvashøj Schaarup

CEO & Partner

Christian has a solid practical and strategic business understanding both from Danish and international startups. He is able to draw on knowledge from a worked in a wide selection of roles; investor, board member, self-employed, manager and business developer. Christian has a well-developed ability to understand business challenges, and through his strategic mindset, is able to develop and implement solid solutions, that create significant growth. He later worked as a business developer and investor at Scandinavia’s leading seed accelerator firm Accelerace.Christian has previously worked as an interim manager, had his own consulting business and had positions at both Arla Foods and DONG Energy. Christian has a degree in Organization and Leadership and continuously develop his skills with MBA courses, certificates within HR, strategy and boardwork.

Kresten Johansen


Kresten has many years of managerial experience from the financial sector. Not only has he held positions as regional director and project manager, but he has great experience within the field of HR. Before coming on board Nextt Management, Kresten was the CEO of a Fintech start-up. He adds experience within management, HR, business development, start up, seed investing, strategic development and has a deep underlying understanding of the challenges businesses face, and is thereby able to contribute finding the best solution. Kresten has previously been running his own consulting firm. He has a graduate diploma in organization and leadership from Aarhus University, as well as an MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

Rasmus Jerver


Rasmus has 25 years of experience in management and leadership both in the public, as well as the private sector. He has worked in several industries and has held various positions that range from international sales director to CEO. He has strong competences within strategic, organizational and business development, as well as implementation and execution. Rasmus has strong communication and marketing skills, and he has experience with hedging market potential and market development, both nationally and internationally.In addition, he has 25 years of experience with professional board work in a wide range of companies and organizations. Rasmus has an cand.agro. supplemented with training in marketing, lean management and board work.

Jan Holm


Jan has a background as a chartered accountant and has more than 25 years’ experience from CFO & treasurer positions, ranging from SME companies to finance functions that are part of larger conglomerates. In addition, Jan has more than 8 years of experience in recruiting professional executives to SME companies. Additionally, he has extensive experience in recruiting all types of employees to finance functions, as well as experience in board work. Jan possesses strong communication skills, and a deep commercial and strategic understanding. With his strong background in the recruiting business and finance, Jan possesses the ability to analyze the specific needs and skill requirements. Jan has experience in running his own consulting business, and has previously been employed at KPMG, Labflex A/S, Maibom Sko A/S, Waterproofing Nordisk A/S and Phoenix Tag. Jan holds a BSc and MSc and has regularly supplemented his education with training including a mini MBA and executive board education with a focus on the SME segment at Aarhus university.

Jesper Toth Mouritzen


Jesper has over 25 years of managerial experience. He has worked in a number of Danish and international companies as well as many different departments ranging from finance, HR, IT, sales, customer service, buying- to everything in between business development and strategic board work. Jesper is in his essence when it comes down to executing strategies and plans. Once in dialogue with Jesper, you will quickly experience someone who can understand your and the company’s challenge and a precise solution that matches the given task. This is where Jespers skills in finding the right interim manager will come into play. Jesper has gained his immense experience through working in private and equity-owned companies such as APCOA Group, Basico Consulting, Netværk Danmark, Nissens, Fertin Pharma, Dandy and M&J Fibretech. Jesper has a cand.merc.aud and also has an HD in organization & management, supplemented with courses in e.g. board work.

Jan Holm

Business Partner

Jan har en baggrund som statsautoriseret revisor og mere end 25 års erfaring fra CFO & økonomichef stillinger, der spænder fra SMV virksomheder til økonomifunktioner, som indgår i større koncerner. Herudover har Jan mere end 8 års erfaring med rekruttering af professionelle bestyrelsesmedlemmer til SMV virksomheder. Derudover har han bred erfaring med rekruttering af alle typer af medarbejdere til økonomifunktioner, samt erfaring med praktisk bestyrelsesarbejde. Jan er i besiddelse af stærke kommunikationsevner og stor forretningsmæssig og strategisk forståelse, og han har med sin stærke baggrund indenfor rekruttering og økonomi en god evne til at analysere de konkrete behov og kompetencekrav. Jan har erfaring med at drive egen konsulentforretning, og han har blandt andet haft ansættelsesforhold hos KPMG, Labflex A/S, Maibom Sko A/S, Nordic Waterproofing A/S og Phønix Tag. Jan er uddannet HA og cand.merc.aud og har løbende suppleret uddannelsen med blandt andet en Mini MBA og en bestyrelsesuddannelse med fokus på SMV-segmentet på Aarhus Universitet.

Henrik Kryger

Henrik has a solid practical and strategic business understanding from Danish and international growth companies. He draws on his experience from the role of self-employed manager, CEO, CFO, Controller and business developer in a wide range of companies. Henrik is passionate about numbers and management and has for 7 years worked as a Managing Partner at ECIT, which is one of Scandinavia’s leading suppliers of IT, payroll and accounting outsourcing.
Henrik has previously worked as Interim Manager, and been CEO of Gaia Solar, ADT, Tyco in Denmark and Nordic CFO for ADT / Tyco, as well as Techtronic Industries. And before that many years as Business controller and business developer in TDC which ended with a 2-year posting in Finland.
Henrik has a Cand. Merc. in financial management and has continuously supplemented with courses and certifications in management, sales and the HR area.
