Interim Vice President, Global Attraction & Onboarding

For our client Novo Nordisk we are placing an experienced Interim Vice President, Global Attraction & Onboarding. The position based at Novo Nordisk headquarters in Bagsvaerd. This role involves leading a newly established global team within Global Attraction (Employer Branding and Early Talent) & Onboarding, with a strategic focus on positioning the company as an attractive employer in a highly competitive global talent market.
You will report directly to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of Global Talent Acquisition and collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation. You will lead a team of highly skilled colleagues counting 28 people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define mid-term strategic roadmap for Global A&O in alignment with the Corporate Strategy
- Run Strategy Process for Early Talent in alignment with the Corporate Strategy
- Establish future-fit operating and sustainable funding model for Global A&O
- Define effectiveness (metrics) and ROI
- Create transparency and clarity around service
- Develop, motivate and safeguard the well-being of the people in Global A&O
- Build strong relationship with stakeholders across the organization
Your Background:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in managing a complex stakeholder landscape in an global matrix organization. Experience in building a strategic and high impact organisations in HR, enabled through strategic and enterprise mindset. Experience with strategic leadership and change management is essential, as is the ability to deliver high quality, impactful results in a dynamic environment.
