Interim Nordic HR Business Partner with in-dept knowledge
POSITION: INTERIM HR BUSINESS PARTNER, NORDICS
TASK:HR GUIDANCE, POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND IMPROVEMENT OF HR SERVICE INCLUDING EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT – IN THE NORDIC AREA
DURATION: 4 MONTHS + 2 MONTHS + FIXED POSITION
For our Nordic organisation we needed a HR Business Partner with an in-depth knowledge of the Swedish and/or Finnish job market. A candidate with concrete experience who could professionally handle and develop our HR function in the Nordic area. Whether or not the candidate was Swedish, or Finnish of origin was not important. Concrete experience and strong HR skills and competences were, however, vital.
We reached out to Nextt Management as they were the right interim management partner to supply us with a candidate with a Nordic scope as well as documented experiences and impressive results.
Within a few days, Christian Hvashøj Schaarup approached us with a choice of three eligible candidates. All excellent candidates so it quickly came down to minor details.
Our interim manager started in the position mid-December – initially for a contract period of four months. As with earlier co-ops with Nextt, we quickly realized that the candidate was a perfect match, so we prolonged the contract and ultimately offered the interim manager a fixed position in our Nordic HR organisation.
