For a large Danish international production company with head office in East Jutland, we are looking for a Senior International HR Manager with the possibility of permanent employment afterwards. The company is functionally organized, and the role is within Finance/IT.


  • Developing and implementing functional people strategies as integral part of business strategy
  • Action as group interface
  • Aling and deploying of HR processes, polices, tools and program
  • Providing chance, consulting, and learning know-how
  • Drive transformation and the culture journey

P&C development:

  • Develop capabilities and high performing teams motivating and empowering top management
  • Develop and drive organizational design and development aligned to business demands
  • Engaging and enabling change management
  • Secure talent development


  • Leading P&C projects with regional/ heads to ensuring regional scalability
  • Drive contiguous improvement
  • Dotted line leadership for local P&C partners
