Interim Managing Director – Turnaround Case

Experienced Interim Managing Director specializing in turnaround situations sought for a Danish entity with approximately 200 employees at the Danish factory, generating €50 million in revenue, yet to achieve profitability.
Client:
Our client is a leading European manufacturer and supplier of highly specialized and flexible solutions within their field of operation.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the headquarters in DACH Region, the task at hand is to drive the company forward and establish profitable growth. A well-approved strategy and turnaround plan are already in place (including relocating production lines), making the focus on making necessary decisions to ensure the company’s profitability in both the short and long term. Emphasis will be on execution, leveraging all local synergies and aligning with the broader corporate structure.
Job Requirements:
- Background in operations with a strong understanding of finance.
- Experience and knowledge of local legal requirements during restructuring cases.
- Expertise in relocating production lines.
- Proven ability to drive and execute restructuring situations.
- Action/Execution-oriented, hands-on, and result-driven.
- Familiarity with culture and language requirements within Scandinavia/Danish and fluent in English.
