Interim HR Partner to a global company within the wind industry


The company is a global company delivering their value offering as subcontractor within the wind energy industry. Represented in all the largest regions globally and having a solid ownership the company is embarking on a growth journey.

Employing about 600+ employees the company delivers equipment, engineering and on-site service to help their customers succeed in a hyper growth industry. The company has a global sweet-spot being able to deliver on several parts of the value chain as a One-Stop-Shop.

Our Interim HR Partner (IHRP) is responsible for providing operational HR support for various business units in Denmark as well as participating in the HR team’s daily tasks.

Reporting to the company CEO, the IHRP focus on delivering on the short-term goals together with 4 other HR colleagues. The variety of tasks calls for a well-diversified HR toolbox.



  • Own HR responsibilities and Hands-On tasks including onboarding of employees
  • Support the management team on HR related issues
  • Assist leaders with enquiries, concerns and needs.
  • Provide knowledge & HR guidance on tactical and operational issues
  • Have a “get stuff done” attitude towards daily operations
  •  If needed take on recruitment tasks, to manage the workload within the recruitment team
  • Identify short term opportunities for improvement in HR service delivery
  • Participated in HR related projects if needed
  • Secure a smooth transition to the future permanent HR Director


“Covid-19 – Work from home” and a 3-5 days workweek a possibility.
