Interim HR Manager to international production site

Our client is an international group of production companies. At one of their Danish sites with approx. 200 headcounts there is a need for an experienced HR Manager to ensure current roll-out of global HR processes.
The Interim HR Manager will report to the Head of Business Unit in the Group.
The main tasks:
- Ensure roll-out of global HR processes
- Ensure the correct implementation on site of Oracle HRIS (has just been rolled out across the group).
- Ensure the completion of the assessment process 2021 and launch and management of 2022
- Ensure the correct management of the Organization Health Index global program (follow up action plan on going, communication of the new release, etc…).
- Ensure the reporting to Head Quarter.
- On top: support the local HR specialist in day-by-day activities
Knowledge of Oracle is a mandatory skill.
