Interim Head of Accounting to a growing fintech company
6 months in North Zealand.
This is a Try & Hire assignment, where permanent employment is possible for the right candidate after the interim period.
The company is a new Danish commercial bank with great ambitions. They have some strong and transparent services and are embarking on a growth journey.
The Interim Head of accounting will play a crucial role in the company’s daily operations and growth and with great potential for building and influencing workflows and processes. Among other things increased digitization of the account function. It is important for the company to have efficient and simple workflows. The Interim Manager will be part of a dedicated organization with professional and skilled colleagues.
The accounting team is currently a controller and student workers.

- Annual and half-annual report
- The current structure must be matured and expanded
- Internal / external reports
- Monthly reports
- Declarations
- Review/checking
- Accruals
- Reporting
- Digitalization and improvement of processes and workflows
