6 months interim assignment and possibility for permanent position and attractive warrants program
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a Danish streaming and technology company with international presence and +150.000 unique visitors.
The role is a Try&Hire for 6 months as interim Finance Manager, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent fulltime position as CFO + attractive warrants program.
The company is on the forefront of the global niche they focus in. They build and invest in premier technology to power, engage and connect people around the world. They run subscription-based video streaming service and a detailed information/communication platform to engage audience world wide.
The company has a global potential and is about to embark on the next phase of its internationalization. They expect a x 5 on MRR within the next 12 months. The company is backed by 3 main (professional) investors who has invested a total of EUR 8 million up till now.
The Interim Finance Manager will play a key role in the management team and be part of current and future strategic decisions.
The Finance Manager responsibility/tasks:
Basic Operations
- Controlling and oversight of accounting (outsourced)
- Financial and liquidity management
- Annual budget
- Compliance with general Danish and international legislation where relevant
- Monthly reporting including key streaming metrics and board reporting
Operational support
- Develop a Finance organization that can support the company’s journey
- Lead work on intellectual property rights (primarily on streaming content)
- Business and sales Controlling
- Legal support
- Sales support (Business case modeling)
- Organizational support
- Stakeholder management
Corporate Finance & Investor Relations
- Prepare IM
- Lead investment rounds
- Long term financial modeling
- Financing and IR (contact to banks, funds, investors & owners)
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial in spirit, detail oriented, and persistent. The candidate is driven and wants to have management impact and is motivated to become a permanent member of the executive management and help the company toward global growth
The candidate has:
- experience from a subscription-based platforms/software business
- experience from international growth business
- experience in raising capital
