Interim Factory Manager for International Cooperation

Experienced and strong leader

We are looking for an interim experienced and strong leader with a genuine interest of developing people and processes to drive the performance to new and improved levels.

The Factory have 100 employees, where 5 are direct reporting managers.


Overall responsibility for performance of the factory (safety, quality, delivery and cost)
Overall responsible for P3 and Score card
Drive the development of the organization
Drive and secure the result of continuous improvement activities, such as ALPS, lean manufacturing etc.
Implement policies, standards, values and culture
Interface with product center, segments and sales companies
Accountable for supplier development activities together with support functions
Coordinate new product introduction
Secure good cooperation with all stakeholders

A visible, result driven leader delivering results through people
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational and financial results
Strong drive and focus on delivering results
Good communication skills and a team mind-set
Relevant insight into complex and high precision CNC and welding
Practical Lean and and Six Sigma utilization experience.
The ability to work locally and globally in a matrix organization to achieve targeted result
