Interim CHRO to a European healthcare service company
Period: 4 months – 3 days a week
Geography: Greater Copenhagen
Our client is a group owning and operating significant and independent brands in the European healthcare service industry.
The company was founded +25 years ago and is operating in 4 European countries with +1.000 employees. It has shown remarkable growth and expect this to continue for coming years – 50-70% yearly.
The CHRO will report to the Group CEO and have a span of control of 12 HR people located in 3 different countries.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Overall HR responsibility in the Group
- Leading and managing the HR function
- Strengthen recruitment strategy including TA (season for +1.500 extra contract people starting in summer 25)
- Optimizing ways of working and be ready to ramp up and onboarding +1.500 temp. colleagues
- Support building the culture
- Drive optimisation of IT and help implement better IT understanding in the operation (HR IT landscape is harmonised and modern)
